CamTour is an online directory that connects travellers with independent local guides in Cameroon. CamTour is not a travel agency, does not arrange tours, and is not a party to any agreement between a traveller and a guide. All arrangements, payments, and interactions between travellers and guides occur outside of this platform.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Guides register on CamTour voluntarily and are verified by the CamTour team. Verification confirms the identity of the guide but does not constitute an endorsement of their services. Guides are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of CamTour.
Reviews and site suggestions submitted by users remain the intellectual property of the user. By submitting content, you grant CamTour a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform.
You agree not to submit false or misleading reviews, impersonate any person or entity, upload illegal content, or use the platform to send unsolicited messages. CamTour reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
CamTour provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the quality, safety, or reliability of any tour or guide service arranged through the platform. CamTour is not liable for any loss or damage arising from interactions between travellers and guides.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cameroon.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
