Account data: your email address and display name when you sign up. Guide profile data: bio, regions, languages, daily rate, WhatsApp/phone/email, profile photo, and an identity document (guides only). Usage data: pages visited (server logs only — no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics). Contact messages: name, email, and message content submitted via the contact form. Reviews: rating and comment text submitted for guides and tourist sites.
To provide the platform — display guide profiles and process sign-in. To verify guide applications — identity documents are reviewed by admins and deleted after verification is complete. To send transactional emails — contact form confirmation and password reset, delivered via Resend. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
Supabase (supabase.com) — authentication, database, and file storage. Data is hosted in the EU region. Resend (resend.com) — transactional email delivery.
CamTour uses session cookies for authentication only, set by Supabase Auth. We do not use tracking cookies. We do not use third-party cookies.
Account data is retained until you delete your account. Identity documents submitted for guide verification are deleted once verification is complete. Contact form messages are retained for 90 days.

CamTour is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
